I have stayed in an apartment with a living room and a couch. Its location is great, very close to the services and Girasole Apartments. Mid-Beach district deserves your time and attention.
There is stain in some places.

Extremely spacious room with kitchen and gorgeous view, for example, the staff was amicable, whenever I needed help. My room included a microwave, coffee & tea makers, and a fridge. The location was particularly good and great as for me, just next door to the services that Girasole Apartments provide as well as Girasole Apartments.
Somewhat basic room, I was a little disappointed.

I stayed here for 2 days and would stay here again without hesitation. Easy access to Miami International airport, which was about 23 minutes' drive away.
Some people working there were very rude.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with the beach just a short walk away. In the surrounding area, you'll find a supermarket, pharmacy, and plenty of fun attractions. The value for money is great, especially for families, as the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people with its 3 queen beds and additional couch in the living room. The apartment itself is clean and well-equipped, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay, including towels for showers and beach/pool, utensils and dishes, a TV in the bedroom and living room. Checking in is a breeze, with door codes sent in advance and online payments to avoid any hassle upon arrival.
The hotel seems to be in need of some updates and maintenance.
